The Rectory - situated on the main road between the twin villages of Ballineen and Enniskeane, in the townland of Derrigra; is in the centre of the parish, being approximately equidistant for all four churches. The Rectory was built in 1953 and is a well-appointed house. Upstairs there are three full-size bedrooms and one small bedroom, a shower room and bathroom with separate WC. Downstairs - three reception rooms, another WC and a large kitchen dining room. There is an outside boiler-room, wood shed and a garage. The house stands in approximately one-third of an acre. The rear garden is fenced and has gates, and is therefore secure for animals. The house is heated by gas central heating.
